Q.  Who is PixelPro and what do you do?

Pixel Pro is a professional photography company that’s dedicated to working with schools, churches and youth sports leagues  to provide top quality fundraising photography.  We guarantee both complete satisfaction with the quality of our end product for every member of your group and the highest financial return to your organization.  Located in central Ohio, we consider ourselves to be a regional company mostly serving Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.  

Q. What is your pricing? 

A. Our pricing is normally within 5% of our competitors.  However, the amount of commission we give to your organization is normally 20% to 50% higher than the national companies.  This simply means your students, parents or members will pay the same price, but your organization will stand to gain substantially. 

Q.  Do you guarantee your quality and products?

We guarantee every single person, family, or group that we photograph will be delighted with their photos or we’ll do them over at no charge until they are.  Only the latest digital technology is utilized at every step of the process which enables us to produce the highest quality work every time. 

Q. We have always dealt with LifeTouch and Olin Mills, can you provide us the same services they do?

A.   Many, in fact most of our customers come to us from these two companies.  They tell us that the big photo companies have a vested interest in selling certain packages, whether they fit their needs or not, so your members or parents have to take and pay for a lot of things they don’t want.  They are the big guys.  The only way regional companies like us can compete is by providing the best service, and the willingness to go overboard providing exactly what you need, not what we want you to have.  And best of all, we will significantly increase the amount of return you get with our program, sometimes by as much as 50% or more.   

Q. If you are not the largest photography company, can you handle our needs? 

Our lab produced one-hundred-ten thousand photographs last year for clients like you, so you can be comfortable in knowing you are dealing with experienced professionals with years of experience and totally satisfied clients, behind us. 

Q. Last year we spent too much time on our picture day.  Can PixelPro help us?

A. We understand that as volunteers and administrators, there’s never enough time to do all the things you need to do.  We can help! We see ourselves as your partner, not just a vendor, and will help you create and run a successful program.  Creating a photo fundraising program can be as simple as sending us your schedules and spending a few hours with us.  That’s all!  We will then customize the experience around your needs and communicate it to your membership.
